Creative Art Executive Committee
The Creative Art Executive Committee is a non-profit community arts organization. Founded in 1990, we have been organizing arts programs that help revitalize communities and energize individuals, regardless of their ability, age, gender or cultural background. Between 2002 and 2005, we have produced various arts events within Minato ward, including the exhibition project, gThe story of me and my town,h in which young people interviewed community elders about their old photographs and wrote down their stories in order to preserve local history for future generations. The project was restarted in 2011.
